Life Rewritten

Life hit me harder than I ever expected and I’m still finding my feet, still figuring out who I am now.
This space is my record of healing, rebuilding, and using modern tools to make sense of the days ahead.

Why this exists

When everything changes dramatically, your body, your emotions, your sense of who you are, you have to start again in ways you never imagined.
I created Life Rewritten to document that process honestly. No dramatic stories. No forced positivity. Just the truth of learning to live again after the shock.

Here you’ll find reflections on healing, the slow work of rebuilding, and the small systems and bits of tech that help me navigate each day with more clarity.

If you're new here

Here’s the best place to start:

🔹 What happened, and what I’m rebuilding

A gentle introduction to where this journey began.

🔹 Healing isn’t what people think

Observations from the emotional side of recovery.

🔹 The tools and routines that help me move forward

Tech, structure, and systems that support rebuilding.

What I write about

Healing

The honest emotional realities of recovery, fear, identity shifts, uncertainty, gratitude, and everything in between.

Rebuilding

The practical side: routines, structure, mindset, and learning how to live life again after everything changed.

Tech That Helps

Tools, apps, AI, and systems that support clarity, routine, and mental space.

Reflections

Shorter thoughts and quiet moments, the small insights that arrive in the middle of the day.

If you want to stay connected

I write quietly, not constantly but usually monthly or when something meaningful happens.
