If you’re new to Life Rewritten, this page will help you understand what this place is, why it exists, and where to begin.
This isn’t a site about quick fixes or dramatic transformations.
It’s about living through the long, quiet part after life has been turned upside down — the part no one prepares you for.
What Life Rewritten Is About
Everything here sits on four pillars:
1. Healing
The emotional and physical aftershocks — fear, identity changes, memories you avoid, and what recovery really feels like when the world assumes you’re “better”.
2. Rebuilding
Learning how to live again: routines, expectations, energy, confidence, and working out who you are now.
3. Tech That Helps
The apps, tools, and AI that genuinely help organise life, create structure, reduce anxiety, or hold what your brain can’t right now.
4. Reflections
Shorter pieces — observations, thoughts, clarity that comes on the quiet days.
These four threads weave through everything I write.
A Good Place to Begin
As I publish more, I’ll add direct links here.
For now, these are the themes that will matter most:
🔹 The moment everything changed
Understanding the point where life stopped being the one you recognised.
🔹 What healing actually feels like
Not the inspirational version — the human version.
🔹 Rebuilding a life slowly
The routines and small wins that start to matter more than the big ones.
🔹 How tech can lighten the load
Tools that help track, plan, remember, and create space when your brain is already carrying enough.
🔹 Living with uncertainty
Learning to make peace with the unknown without being swallowed by it.
When these posts are written, they will slot into this section as direct links.
My Story: Where It All Began
If you want to understand how this all started, I’ve written my story in the order it happened — from the first sign, to the diagnosis, and everything that followed.
→ Read My JourneyWho I Am
I’m someone whose life changed suddenly — far more than I expected or was ready for.
A big diagnosis, a big surgery, long recovery, and a version of myself I’m still getting to know.
I’m not writing from the end of the story.
I’m writing from the middle.
And if you’re in your own version of that middle — whether from illness, burnout, grief, or something that shook the ground under your feet — I hope this place helps you feel understood.
How to Follow Along
I write quietly — not daily, not weekly, just when there’s something real to say.
