Healing
Healing Isn’t What People Think
People talk about healing as if it’s strength or progress. But inside, it often feels like uncertainty, exhaustion, and quiet survival. This is what healing has really looked like for me.
Healing is not a straight line. It isn’t a steady climb or a return to who you were. It’s the slow, emotional, often unseen work of putting yourself back together — physically, mentally, and quietly. This is where I write about the truth of healing, not the version people imagine.
